Description

The Pierre side tables, designed by Jean-Marie Massaud, explore the full potential of marble, reinterpreting it in a unique way. The structure consists of an L-shaped aluminium frame with a base made from painted steel tubing with a burnished finish. The knurled burnished aluminium feet are equipped with adjustable plastic caps. The marble top is available in various finishes: Brilliant Calacatta, Semi-brilliant Calacatta, Brilliant (veined) Arabescato Venato, Semi-brilliant (veined) Arabescato Venato, and Marquinia marble with a natural glossy finish. The marble treatment varies, with the glossy version featuring a transparent polyester finish to enhance durability, while the semi-gloss version is treated with a water-repellent solution, giving it a more natural appearance. The Marquinia marble top is characterized by a unique graphic effect achieved through scoring, and the natural finish highlights the stone's veins through a brushing process.
