CLASSICON MUNICH COFFEE TABLE

Sauerbruch Hutton

The table was designed by the Munich designer Sauerbruch Hutton for Classicon brand. solid wood frame, painted clear or stained black. Glass table top with rounded edges. Modern art of the 20th and 21st centuries deserves an appropriate setting, with a building and its furniture that is just as modern. The Berlin architects Sauerbruch Hutton have faced an exciting challenge when asked to design the Museum Brandhorst in Monaco of Bavaria. Three different sessions were developed for the museum, opened in 2009 for the cafeteria, the foyer, the conference and classrooms as well as the lounge. ClassiCon developed the designs of this collection in close collaboration with the architects. Along with demanding expectations in terms of form and quality, also taking into account normal wear and tear to which the furniture is subjected in a public space. Its durability was ensured through various tests.
