The Chelsea armchairs, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, combine elegance and comfort in a perfect synthesis of tradition and modernity. The solid wood structure, available in eucalypt, graphite oak, and black oak finishes, provides strength and refinement, while the high-density polyurethane foam padding ensures lasting comfort. The removable external cover allows for customization of each armchair, while the anti-slip plastic base guarantees excellent stability. The Chelsea armchairs are an expression of sophisticated design, enhanced by craftsmanship that makes each piece unique and versatile.

The brand is distinguished by innovative design, continuous research, and the adoption of advanced production techniques, supplying furnishings for museums, hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships, with collaborations from renowned designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Rodolfo Dordoni, Jean Nouvel, and Hannes Wettstein. Molteni&C received the prestigious Compasso d'Oro career award in 1994 and 2020, awarded by ADI (Association for Industrial Design). Since 2012, in collaboration with the Gio Ponti Archives and under the artistic direction of Studio Cerri & Associati, it has exclusively reissued several iconic pieces by Gio Ponti, intended for private residences, special projects, or limited editions, faithfully respecting the original designs.
