LC is an armchair, two and three-seater sofas, and a meridienne armchair, now in a sustainable version and with an environmentally sensitive. Through the Cassina Lab and Poli.design at the Milan Polytechnic, the foamed elements have been integrated with eco-compatible polyols, deriving from bio-renewable sources, and a blown fiber, obtained from PET mainly recovered from the sea, has been introduced into the padding of the cushions and seats to make it more comfortable. Respecting the original design and nature, Cassina offers a further distinctive sign of the authenticity of the brand found on all models, the Cassina signature will now be visible on the base of the metal structure of the LC2, LC3, and LC4 seats. A logo indicates that the company is the only one to hold the worldwide exclusive rights to reproduce Le furnishings. In agreement with the Foundation Le Corbusier and the heirs of the co-authors who have chosen Cassina as their exclusive spokesperson since 1964, for the sensibility and respect for the original project to the consolidated production capacity.
