Description

The supporting structure is made of solid seasoned beech wood and poplar, reinforced with poplar plywood crosspieces. The modular elements offer maximum versatility, allowing for both open and closed configurations. The ottoman, crafted from the same materials, features light polyurethane foam padding for added comfort. The suspension system consists of hand-tied biconical steel springs, secured with jute belts, ensuring durability and support.

The padding of the backrest and armrests combines hand-shaped vegetable horsehair with polyurethane foam, while the seat is made of printed vegetable fibre. The seat cushion, filled with goose down and polyurethane foam, provides a soft and inviting feel. The feet are available in various options: spherical or high versions in dark walnut-stained or black-lacquered beech wood, wooden feet upholstered in leather, or brushed burnished aluminum with plastic protective caps.

The upholstery is offered in Pelle Frau® or a combination of leather and fabric. Leather is applied to the base, backrest, and armrests, while fabric is used for the seat cushion. Several finishes are available, including ColorSphere®, Heritage, Nest, Soul, and Velvety, with customization options through the C.O.M. program. The handcrafted capitonné detailing enhances the design, while a row of leather-covered tacks refines the back. Unlike previous versions, the base beneath the seat is smooth, without capitonné tufting.
