The Chester sofa by Frau is a perfect blend of tradition and craftsmanship, featuring a solid seasoned beechwood frame that ensures durability. The sophisticated suspension system with hand-tied steel springs provides optimal support, while the backrest and armrests are padded with hand-shaped vegetable horsehair. The seat combines rubberized horsehair with goose-down cushions, delivering unparalleled comfort. Its signature deep-buttoned capitonné upholstery is entirely hand-stitched, complemented by leather-covered studs finishing the back.
