Following the success of the Flair O’ line, a series of elegantly designed chairs available in both indoor and outdoor versions, Monica Armani introduces Flair O’ Couture. This new chair, while maintaining a similar geometric shape to its predecessors, stands out for its woven backrest created using the traditional "tombolo" technique, an ancient craft typical of the region where B&B Italia's headquarters is located. To bring this project to life, Monica Armani collaborated with unPIZZO, a design studio specializing in the recovery and reinterpretation of traditional textile techniques in a contemporary way. The steel structure of the backrest is entirely wrapped in a weave of polypropylene ribbons, available in four different colors, and rests on a conical leg with a lenticular base. Two upholstered cushions complete the chair, adding extra comfort and defining its shape. Flair O’ Couture is a functional and versatile seat that combines technical solutions and high performance with a contemporary aesthetic.
