The leather straps wrapped around the steel frame of the base convey a sturdy impression as they provide support to the strong-lined yet generous cushions; at the same time, the seating area appears to have levitated, lifted gently off from the floor below, as if the luminous line of the frame could somehow counteract the effects of mundane gravity. At the rear of the sofa, a chromed or painted horizontal steel plate both contributes to the chic visual styling and allows for the subtle positioning of the back cushions to create a wonderfully comfortable seating arrangement. The tables of Kristall are the natural extension of the collection, their steel frames supporting tops available in a wide variety of materials: leather and glass.

The metal chromed tubular frame is shut in a cage of saddle leather straps, rhythmical, modular and material rings. The headboard, padded with quilted swollen square tiles, gives a sense of orderly softness. Rigour and elegance are elective signs of Kristall.
